I'm not sure I get your point Russ. Sorting on an email address is a very
simple thing (or should be). Actually, I made a mistake and emails received
in the inbox are in fact sorted by email...

This problem also applies to"Sent" messages, and who you are sending
messages to. If you "reply" to a message, then the "To" field will show one
thing. If you send it from your address...
