First the address book, now OE6 won't open

Thanks guys. I got Outlook Express working. First I had to uninstall service
pack 2. then I had to change the registry to indicate ie6 was not installed,
then reinstalled ie6. Then reinstalled all...

Sorry Bruce, that didn't do the trick. All dbx files are out of the outlook
express folder in identities, and no change. Still the msoe.dll unable to
load problem. Any other ideas?

I couldn't send email, and when I clicked on the Address Book I got a message
stating the address book was corrupted and to reinstall. In trying to fix
that, I must have screwed up msoe.dll,...
