is it possible to set a reccurence N hours?

is it possible to set a reccurence N hours?

I want to remind myself to take medicine twice daily.
The only way I can figure it out is to set two recurring reminders, each a
daily event.

It would be nice to be able to set just one reminder...

Is there a way to calculate dates?
E.g. today plus 180 days is what day/month/year?
