Filter out contacts with no phone #s

I want to set up a view for Contacts that have either a Home, Business or

Re-sort side-by-side appointments?

Using OL 2003 SP2. In the Day/Week/Month view, if two appointments have the

phone, which is on the desk behind me, and halfway thru dialing I inevitably
have to turn back to the computer to see...
