Copying/Sharing contacts

I have desktop with Outlook 2002 and am setting up a new laptop with Outlook
2003. My Contact folder is extensive with created Categories and data.
Is there a way i can share my Contact folder...

Is there anyway to save my Master Category list?
In my Outlook 2002, i have a special list in Master Category i use but
everytime i re-install Outlook, i have to retyoe the list.

Trouble setting up Outlook Address Book

Had to reinstall XP Outlook 2002.
Tried to get my contacts in a Address Book by right click Contacts
folder-Properties-Outlook Address Book tab
but "Show this folder as an email address book" is...
