Using Outlook Connector as the default delivery location

In Outlook 2003 I was able to use Outlook Connector as my default location
for mail delivery, calendar and contacts. I can't do that in Outlook 2007.
Will this option become available soon?

I cannot get my "file as" option to display as Last, First. I notice that the
options box lists this as effective on new contacts. Is there any way to get
current contact to use "Last, First" as...
