Oultook 07 leaves email in drafts folder even after sending

Hi, my outlook recently started to save drafts of messages in my drafts
folder and leave them there even after sending the messages. I've tried
all of the save message in drafts folder settings but...

reminder icon missing in Oultook 07 calendar

I can see all of my appointment icons (recurrence, attachment etc)
except for the reminder icon...I haven't found any option to turn this

Count number of journal entries for a contact?

Is there anyway to take a count the number of journal entries for a
contact and have this as a column in the contact view?
