Go to "Control Panel" - "Mail" - "Profile" - "Prompt for a profile
to be used" select this option and open the outlook and configure the
2nd profile..

You can configure many profile in this...

Yes you can do it. Create a signature and open a new mail and go to
"Inset" - Signature - Select your signature

Hello,

When anyone modify the time or content of the master recurring
appointment and send the update, in the calendar I can see 2 entries
for
the same appointment.
