Updates faile to install

MS Automatic Update has downloaded a whole buch of updates, but I
cannot get any of them to install, either singly or at shutdown. It
looks like one of them might just cure my persistent junk mail...

I need to create a contact form with fields for at least four separate
viable hyperlinks. If I use multiple "web site" fields, they replicate
one another; if I use multiple "notes" fields the OS...
