I have the Outlook2003 edition and my supervisor has Outlook2002

I have the Outlook2003 edition and my supervisor has Outlook2002

I'm trying to share my contacts with my supervisor. I have the option on my
Outlook2003 to share this contact file, but I can't seem to see it on his
Outlook2002.
How do I do this?????
