I am trying to add a new contact. The last name is Pol

When I enter the name THe "Check Full Name" dialog box appears and the name
is in the Title area.

I've read the post on the forum but I still have no idea how to create a

Error message while running formula in validation

I got an error message which says:
Error in validation Text formula for "other currency" -- Illegal right
operand for IN.
