In the calender in outlook 2003 how would I?

I am looking to have a year to date format for the current date, can I do
this and how might I? Would a macro that is assigned to the date work to do
something like this?

How can I import appointments from other calenders into My Calende

We have a company calender under Other calenders in Outlook. My appointments
are labelled, and I would like to automatically import these only into My
Calender. Thank you for any help!
