I have a suspicion that the problem may be that there are two 64 bit copies!
One existing in the program Folder as it should because it is a 64bit version
and the other an exact copy in the x86...

By Golly it works!, Err~ I wonder what dll and or other files it is dependant
on?

My concern is, when or should I fully migrate to just X64 and eventually
remove the 32 bit operating system less...

Well get this!

I have two partitions one that runs the XP 32 bit windows on "D" drive and
on the "C" drive is the X64 windows both have office 2000 installed and the
outlooks express on the 32 bit...
