is this machine on a domain? clicking in as a user would means that it
is in a workgroup. How are you connecting to your exchange server?
can you ping it? have you tried blowing away your profile? ...

Hello,
I have done the following
Under rescource scheduling
Auto accept and auto decline conflicting requests.
Then gave default author permissions.

I also Published free busy.

Then i booked 2...
