hi roady .. thanks again ..

done that .. but as all team members need full mailbox rights inorder to set
the teamA mailbox as outlook primary profile, how do i set the restriction
not to allow...

thanks for the fast reply ..

just to get the config correct ..

i''ll create a new mailbox account (i.e. teamA) and all give it's member the
appropriate security rights to the maibox .....

Hi Roady,

tried using the "send on behalf" .. but it will show the "send on behalf" on
the outgoing email .. i don't want that to be shouwn ..possible? just display
the team email .....

Hi .. how do i or can i .. create a group/team mailbox as the primary mailbox
for a group of 5-staffs and a individual personal mailbox as secondary
mailbox? i.e. like in a call center when clients...
