The forms that would NOT open directly as an .oft file DO open ok via the
Tools -- Forms -- Choose Forms .... method you described. The article you
recommended appears to hit mark also. ...

Our organization is going through an upgrade to Exchange 2003. Our email
client is remaining unchanged at Outlook 2003. Custom forms I created prior
to the Exchange migration functioned...

thanks for the quick response. The Message Body control was on the form,
but not visible. Setting visible to True did bring out the Insert item on
the toolbar as I was hoping. It looks...
