Attemting to re-install Outlook 2003

The problem is that during the install process I get a box that ask for
c:\windows\system32\mapisvc.inf where can I find this file? It provents me
from being able to re-install Outlook 2003

I purchased outlook at Staples, installed it on my desktop and it worked just
find. Later I puchased a Laptop and instelled the same Outlook on it, but it
dose not work because of the need for this...
