How do I restore missing journal entries

Thank you for replying and the advice.
Strange, I rebooted the computer and all my journal entries reappeared. I
wonder where they were hiding?

I backed up Outlook 2007 SP1 last night using the Microsft backup tool. I
made a Journal entry this morning for a contact.
Now my complete record of journal entries for the contact is gone.
