Where is the sent items folder?

Thanks for the reply, but I'm not sure what PST is, but I presume that its
the column to the left that contains My shortcuts, if correct, believe me
there is no "Sent Items" folder showing there...

My office used Maximizer as a contact management program. I have 84
italicized messages sitting in my outbox since October 2005. I finally moved
messages to delete folder just to get rid of them....
