How to create .MSI file (volume license) and use it with GPO

My company has recently purchased Outlook 2007 (volume license) and we are
planning to roll out the installation to each user using Group Policy,
instead of individually installing it on each user...

Sorry I didn't make that clear at all.
My question was whether it is possible to have Outlook sort or group by the
custom formula field.

Sorting or Grouping custom formula fields

I have created a custom formula field to show how long until a task is due
(or how overdue it is). To help prioritise work, I'd like to sort or group my
task list by this field but Outlook won't...
