If I delete email account, will calendar stay?

Actually, what I do is keep the old .pst file and add my new employee to the
account list so she can pick up both the new and old mail. Once enough time
has passed, I just delete the old account....

Two ways to do this. You can have the new employee use the same .pst file as
the old and just change the account info to the new employee so email is
picked up and sent in her name.

Forwarding Calendar problems

I'm trying to forward an appointment to one of my colleagues. Unfortunately,
when I try to do a regular Forward, I get an error on sending that Outlook is
unable to connect to my server. Regular mail...
