265KB is the size on an empty file, believe it or not.

Look for other PST files on the system that had the Contacts. You will want
to change your Windows Explorer settings to allow searching for...

Are you sure you have written your question to the correct newsgroup?

I ask because the behavior you describe is a feature of Outlook EXPRESS, not

Well....
Not as a 'built-in' field. You could use a custom field on a custom form.
But that's a significant undertaking and is not likely worth the trouble.

You could create the PF and then just drag-n-drop Contacts into it. No
fancy 'combining' needed.
