There's no shortcut under all programsstartup.

And yes...I've been doing a lot of tweaking of different stuff trying to clean
up all the automatic things that came with the PC...but can't put...

When I boot up the following window pops up at the very end of the boot up
process.

C:\program files\dell

How can I stop this?
