reply address - where is it set?
Aliases were indeed my problem. 2 of the accounts were aliases and the
third one not.
Playing around with the different setting allowed me to change my
settings to work for me.

I found the filed in the account properties for "Reply address" and
changed it to the reply email address I want to use in my replies, but
that still did not work.

Cut and paste is probably what caused the duplicate folders. That
isn't the way to move them and moving them wasn't necessary.
