sending multi recipients emails
is it possible to send a template email to everybody without everybody
seeing all of the email addresses that the email is sent to?
just cuz it looks really impersonal for our clients to see...

yes, that's what we're doing. we named it as business contacts in
business contact manager.
most of the functions we can use in other contact folders aren't
allowed in the business contact manager...

I put a due date for those follow-up flags, but when I search for them,
i can't search for it based on the due date of the flag. this is so
weird! whatz the point of it then?

wouldn't allow me to do it under the "business contact manager".
But i can successfully do it for other contacts file. Is there any...
