Don't we have a sort of a security template that can be configured for this?
There is one for outlook 2003 clients using exchange server. i just want one
without exchange server.

John,

I got to use 2003 to overcome another issue and cannot go backwards.
2007 seems to be a good option but I have to resolve the current problem
before i research on it and make sure it does not...

Hi Brian,

Yes it is. another thing that i must mention is that the read receipts are
disabled. so it is very unlikely that it is trying to send a read receipt.

Hi gurus,

I got ms outlook 2003 on a W2K3 box. Occationally I have noticed that it
displayes "Sending 1 of 122" in the outlook status bar but there is no
emails in the outbox?!?

What could be...
