Even though I am connected to internet, Outlook cannot connect

Thank you for that suggestion. My Norton Anti-virus/Internet Security 2005
had several corrupted files from the last update attempt. I had to re-install
it and all is right again.

Any suggestions...

Outlook XP and Gmail Pop Configuration

You will need to go to the gmail site to get the advanced settings info for
the incoming and outgoing ports.
