Thanks, Sue. I looked under Tools/Options/General Tab (and all other tabs)
and still found no reference to "allow starting in Reading Layout"
If I open a document in Word it opens in Normal, but...

Bryan, under Tools, Options, I found no General tab. Looked under all tabs,
but did not find "allow starting in Reading Layout" ???

Attachments opening in MS-Word are now opening in "Reading Layout" vice
"Normal View" as they used to. How do I change the default back to "Normal
View."
