In the email account, you must enter:
POP3: The POP3 server that belong to the account you want to receive
from.
SMTP: MUST be the SMTP server of your current ISP !!!

Outlook 2003 too busy when starting

The MS-tool "scanpst.exe", which comes free with Outlook, fixed Outlook.pst
corruptions well for me.
Find it using File Search (it's somewhere in C:\Program Files\Common...

Unfortunately all suggestions are either third-party solutions or have
serious drawbacks.
