Random letters in emails

Hi Brian, the letters are totally random. Sometimes they seem to be
from the subject line, sometimes not. They usually come in 3 characters
but sometimes 1 or 2 characters. The Outlook editor is used...

Hello, this is a bizarre problem. When a reply is sent to an email a
series of random letters appear at the end of the email. There seems to
be no set pattern but it is a bit worrying that one day...
