I am sure that when I used Outlook Express, I could choose an option that
allowed me to add the email address for a message I received into my address
book.

I can't find a similar option in...

Until a few days ago, when I chose the Calendar button at the bottom of my
navigation pane, my calendar used to appear. Now I only get a list of all
the appointments etc I have put in my calendar...
