how do i sync my outlook with my ipod?

How do I sync my outlook calendar with my ipod. I can update the contact but
the calendar will not update. The ipod tells me to use task manager but am
not sure what this means.

How do I change Microsoft Exchange from hotmail to office domain?

My office's outlook for some reason is using my personal email instead of my
office email.. how do i make the change so that it will use the office one?
