Outlook 2007 crashing constantly

From reading another post, I figured out how to start Outlook in safe mode.
It works just fine in safe mode, doesn't crash where it normally would,
opening more than one email at a time, switching...

I have been having the same problem on my machine running Vista RC1. The
error message reads "Microsoft Office Outlook has stopped working. Windows
is checking for a solution to the problem." ...
