Attendees show as "no information available" after a reboot, why

After rebooting the server, several of the users in the system show up as no
information available when setting up a meeting in Outlook 2003. They all
use Outlook, they all have appointments set...

Outlook 2003
When I try to open another person's calender under FILE, OPEN I get the
following:
Unable to display the folder - Calendar folder cound not be found. What do
I need to check?
