Deleting unused folders

A few years ago GFI was configured here such that the filters move spam
email into separate spam folders under Inbox, with names such as Bayesian,

Automate mail account creation?

Is there an way to automate creation of an Exchange account on Outlook
installed with Office OEM? For example, a way to do it via a batch file
where I supply the exchange server and user name?
