Thanks for the tips. I do use message rules to delete spam from the server, but they are not 100% effective.

Sometimes when I open OE the menu bar items (File, Edit, View, etc) are greyed out and unable to be selected. When this happens, all items are affected. I've always been able to clear the problem...
