Using Win XP with OL 03.

I created a DL for my group. I send out a mailing once every week to 12 or
so contacts, as a PDF file.

Later, I get mail from these contacts that they have recived 40...

Can't send mail in OL 03

When I create a new message, and want to send an e-mail with a pdf
attachment, and after I hit the "Send" button, my mail just sits in the
Outbox folder, with no movement.

What am I doing wrong...
