Adding standard text to outgoing emails

Bruce, thanks for the suggestions. I tried both. Option 1 is OK except that
when the text appears in the message I create, it looks great. However, I
conducted "tests" by sending sample emails...

Adding standard text to outgoing emails

Does someone out there know how to add a standard text message at the bottom
of each outgoing email? I.e. I want to have a 2-line message that is
automatically attached to each email I sent out...
