Script the creation of NEW public folders in EX2K3

I'm looking to add many new public folders to an already existing heirarcy of
public folders in exchange 2003. Is there any code that can be run against
the root folder and create new folders...

Script behind published form will not execute for some users

Are these users accessing via Terminal Server? By default Office 2003 does
not install the outlvbs.dll when installing on a terminal server. Check this...
