when I put an all day event on a calendar, how can I set the defaul to "busy"
instead of "free"?

Why is there no send/receive option in my Microsoft Outlook 2002?

Our mail server is not MS Exchange, and I am needing to be able to access my
boss' calendar in Outlook from my pc. How can we do this?
