Yes it is and I have turned it off, stopped the service etc. everything short
of uninstalling..:/
This happened only after installing 7 it was working fine before.this not
the only problem...

the error mesage is
"command failed to execute"
the attachments that cannot be saved are from any mail program.

I use McAfee AV and firewall. Windows Defender is installed for spyware

saving them is important (it's part of my business) I am receiving quite a
few and I am having to forward them to a webmail...
