recurrence missing message only on "this occurence" Outlook 2003 V

I moved an email to my Calendar and set up a weekdays recurring Reminder at 1
pm.
Now when I open the Reminder "this occurrence" the body of the Reminder
message is blank - however when I open...

Keeping Outlook 2003 tool bars from changing

The line/list of services under the File, Edit, View drop downs at the top of

Also would like to have
1.) a minute timer
2.) fewer drop down menus (ie more direct buttons) for setting times
3.) World map with times & sunlight included
