My calander seems to erase enteries except anniversaries etc after 4 weeks -
how do I make sure entries stay in my calander for months/years?

Thanks for your reply, it is most helpful. Ben, is there a setting to limit
the duration that these are held. I know that with Internet Explorer that
that you can control the browsing...

We are saving our contacts in the public folder so we don't have individual
listings across the office. However, the number of clicks and scrolls that
you need to do to get to the public folder...

I am trying to send an email to a distribution list. I can only get it to
list in the "to" box. I tried adding it to the BCC, but it goes
automatically to "to"
