Word and Outlook 2003 window sizes interconnected?

Can I print Day + Task List in Outlook 2007?

When I ran Outlook 97 (oh, how I long for those days...) and the Task
List was right next to the Day, I could just hit "Print" and I would

Weird heading in Appointment Detail

When printing out Appointment Detail, I have a weird heading and I
don't know where it came from. There is a bold black line, below which

I want to move the Navigation Pane to the top of the application
instead of the left hand side, since I don't need 1200 pixels of
vertical space, but want more lateral room for a weekly calendar...

this icon in the System Tray. It's ridiculous that I can't manage my
