I have tried to restore program access and default but it didn't work.
The Windows version is XP Home 2002 SP2 and IE is 7.0.5730.11 Update
version 0!

I think I messed up a bit when I installed and right away removed
(because I did not like it) Windows Live Desktop Beta. Now the outcome
is that OE is not working properly: basically all the links...
