dbx file has message but OE6 shows empty

dbx file has message but OE6 shows empty

dbx file has messages and can see them in notepad, but OE6 shows as empty.

Tried renaming it to Inbox.dbx. But OE6 displays empty.

How can I fix this dbx file so OE6 can read it.
