Dear,
What kind of mail setup are u using - If Exchange then ask your
administrator to do that. If POP/SMTP then it can be setby the website level
by your ISP. Other wise try(I think for 20days)...

Yes why not - click the organize button or Tools/Organize, click on using
colors, Chose color messages "from",Type the email id in the text box, then
the appropriate color, Apply...

Close Outlook, Open Mycomouter then control Panel, Mail, Data files, click
personal folder, settings, compact now.

It may take some time to compact the size.

Outlook 2003 .pst files are in Unicode format and support multilingual data,
The .pst files in earlier versions of Outlook are not in Unicode format and
do not support multilingual data.

mail(double click on the mail) and then read the attachment.
