lost display of my recurrance appointments in the calender view, however I
can see them in the personal folders view.

I am using Outlook 2003

With Contacts highlighted in the folder list, I am using the "Type a Contact
to find" box in the standard toolbar.

This searches the Top Contacts folder OK but does not...
