I got my answer. I actually had to add their mailbox to my Outlook, export
to a .pst file, import into my contacts and then export to an Excel sheet.

I have been given access to another person's contacts and need to export
their contact list. When I try to run the export, only my contacts are
listed. I can copy their addresses into another...

I keep lossing contacts from time to time. Can I recover them. What is
