Telephone dialling properties, Area Code Rules

In outlook 2003 I need help in configuring the Telephone dialling properties,
especially how to configure or edit the Area Code Rules. Can you point me to

Just want to say thanks for all your help.

IT IS FIXED.

What I ended doing is deleting MS offfice and reinstallling it. Then I opned
the .PST file.

I tried the Restorefloder Switch but it did not work. Maybe because my OS
is VISTA 64.

YES at one time the default Contacts Folder did appear as it should BUT
was not visable in the select names window.

I hope I do not sound too DUM. How do you reset the Navigation Pan?...
